In 1995 psychologist Daniel Goleman published his book "Emotional Intelligence". It spent more than one-and-a-half years on The New York Times bestseller list. In it he argued that EQ or non-cognitive skills can matter as much as IQ for workplace success. And since then organisations and leaders have sought to analyse and invest in their emotional intelligence to gain competitive edge.

Once a client has completed the EQ diagnostic, we spend a 90-minute coaching session together analysing the results, gleaning insights and developing strategies to improve the leader's emotional intelligence.
